"I thought it was steady away. I wasn't there last week so unfortunately I cant comment on that but it was steady away, it was easy."

KFC - What was your favourite exercise that we did?

"The game at the end basically."

KFC - How do you compare this years training to last, is it better?

"Yea, I would say its better than last years training ..definitely."

KFC - Is it better than sex?

"No."

KFC - Elaborate please

"Well depends on how you have sex doesn't it."

KFC - So.. how you have sex depends on whether training is better or not? If training was better than sex, then how would sex be?

"All I would say is you're not doing it right."

KFC - What did you think of training tonight, do you think its better than sex?  "No not really."

KFC - Elaborate  "Nah, training is better."

KFC - Go on  "I love training, preferred last weeks as I was f*cked more."

KFC- Which exercise did you prefer?  "Piggy-backs."

KFC - Is there some kind of sexual reason for that?  "Yea, I can feel the boys' penis in my back."
